GRA – Gemological Research Association is the registered trademark holder of the GRA brand in the European Union (EUIPO). We are the sole authorised issuer of GRA-branded gemological reports within the EU, providing a clear and legally recognised standard for the grading of lab-grown moissanite.

Our grading methodology follows internationally accepted gemological standards, assessing cut, colour, clarity, carat weight, polish, symmetry, and fluorescence. Each report is assigned a unique GRA Report Number and is verifiable online at Check.GRAcert.eu.

One rule applies in all cases: Every moissanite stone sold with a GRA certificate must be individually licensed — one credit per stone. This is what makes the GRA certification legally valid and the verification system reliable.
